Mini CCTV inspection system for small diameter pipe ranging from DN200-400

The mini CCTV can display the date and time, crawler inclination (pipeline slope), air pressure, crawling distance (meters of the cable), environmental video, PTZ azimuth, lens height from the ground, defective information, clock indication, anti-tilt alarm, air pressure alarm, video custom text overlay, calculation of the size of the adapted pipe diameter, slope measurement, curves, and other information, it will detect pipeline defects and generate reports according to relevant standards.

It can control the forward, backward, turn, stop, speed adjustment, automatic take-up, and pay-off and robot automatic cruise of the crawler; lifting, lowering, and light adjustment of the lens holder: horizontal or vertical rotation of the lens or centering restoration, focusing, zooming, while displaying the front and rear images, one-key reset, laser defect length calibration, defogging, etc.
