At the same time as pulling the liner, the operator at the bottom
of the inspection well shall be in place to assist the hose at all
times to ensure that it is always at the bottom of the pipe without
touching the top of the pipe.
If the material diameter is greater than or equal to DN600, it is
recommended to apply grease or detergent water at the bottom of the
material or above the bottom film to reduce friction.
At the same time, pay attention to the flatness of the material at
all times to ensure that it is not knotted or bent. Otherwise, once
the material enters the pipeline, it will be difficult to fully
expand in case of winding, resulting in waste and economic losses.
At the end of the manhole section, the person responsible for
dragging the bottom film and hose should use a hoist, which
requires 3-5 tons.
Always pay attention to the safety of operators at the bottom of
the manhole.
For the pipes below DN600, the lamp chain shall be used for curing,
and the installation of the stainless steel tie at one end and the
assembly of the lamp chain shall be completed on the ground.
For pipelines above DN600, the lamp holder shall be used for
curing. If the manhole or wellhead is too small, the installation
of stainless steel binding head and the assembly of the lamp holder
shall be completed inside the pipeline.
When the hose is still 5 meters long, stop dragging and start to
install stainless steel ties.
