Integral system of power generation and pump drainage of high flow
and high head
We typically manufacture two different pump types, one is High flow
for flood control pumps and the other is High head for flood
control pumps. Both are controlled by the frequency inverter for
speed adjusting, highly integrated design, with diesel engine for
economy applications.
The integrated drainage system by diesel engine is not a
conventional product, but a highly customized system. Those
parameters and configurations listed in this manual are customized
cases for different customers.
It is mainly used for flood control and rescue, and is suitable for
emergencies such as drought prevention, irrigation, and drainage;
the pump does not need to build infrastructure, it can be directly
submerged into the bottom of the water or suspended in the water
with a floating valve, and can be transported by one person; the
motor has good cooling conditions and low noise, and the control
system adopts frequency conversion control with adjustable speed.

The integral system, includes a specified pump unit, diesel
generator set, frequency speeder unit, and silent and rainproof
shell and other parts.
The generator set typically uses a CUMMINS engine for great power
output.
The mechanical seal adopts a double-end mechanical seal system to
isolate the motor from the hydraulic power and provide double
protection. The upper and lower machine seals are made of
high-hardness, strong wear-resistant materials, and the sealing
mating surfaces are lubricated by mechanical oil under high-speed
conditions to increase service life.
